This project is funded, and proceeding on schedule. Statements of Qualifications were received from contractors on 25 Jun 2019.The construction documents and bid package is being finalized for submission to Purchasing in first week of July. The Project is to be advertised for bids in July 2019.

This project is funded, and proceeding on schedule. The 90% design submittal was received from consultant on 3/18/19, and is under review. The Building permit application is under review. 100% Construction Documents preparation expected to start in first week of April, and an acceleration of design schedule is expected.

City staff review of schematic design submittal from consultant is expected to be completed January 2019. Design completion is expected by June with construction to start October 2019. This replacement Fire Station is to be built on the current modular Station 14 site (480 Highlands).

This project is funded with work to start in 2018. City Council approved awarding the Design Services Contract for Highlands Fire Station to Kern & Co., LLC (Event No. 5779) on 29 Mar 18. Design completion is expected in December with construction to start May 2019. The replacement Fire Station is to be built on the current modular Station 14 site (480 Highlands).

SFES is proceeding with Development Services for design & construction of the new Highland Fire Station project using the prototype station design (i.e. Bradley & Sweetwater Fire Stations)to be built on the current Station 14 site (480 Highlands).
